∎ Strong command of English (Native-like fluency preferred)
∎ Band Score of 7.5 or higher
∎ 2–3+ years of experience in IELTS teaching and curriculum development
∎ Proven experience in course and syllabus design (IELTS & Spoken English)
∎ Passionate about teaching and learner success
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Familiarity with IELTS exam patterns, Cambridge materials
∎ Design and develop IELTS course structure, syllabus, and lesson plans
∎ Conduct IELTS preparation classes (Regular & Executive batches)
∎ Create and implement English Speaking Courses focused on fluency, phonetics, and real-life communication
∎ Build engaging and effective curriculum for both group and one-on-one sessions
∎ Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
∎ Collaborate with academic coordinators to maintain quality standards
∎ Lead or support language club
∎ Language + is looking for a highly skilled and motivated IELTS Instructor who can do more than just teach — someone who can design and develop complete courses, shape English-speaking programs, and contribute to curriculum planning.
