Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive training structure, course module for IELTS preparation courses. 2. Coordinate class scheduling to ensure optimal utilization of resources and student satisfaction. 3. Conduct orientation sessions for new students to familiarize them with course expectations, resources, and support services. 4. Monitor and assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide feedback for improvement. 5. Collaborate with external partners and organizations to organize workshops, seminars, or other events related to IELTS preparation and English language proficiency. 6. Stay updated on changes in IELTS testing formats, scoring criteria, and other relevant developments to ensure courses are aligned with current standards. 7. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant data for reporting and analysis purposes. 8. Act as a liaison between various departments within the training centre to facilitate smooth operations. 9. Collaborate with the admissions office to streamline the enrolment process for IELTS preparation courses and facilitate a seamless transition for new students. 10. Coordinate with exam invigilators to schedule and administer mock exams and practice tests for IELTS preparation courses. 11. Coordinate with other lecturers to maintain consistency and quality in course delivery. 12. Provide support and guidance to students as needed throughout their preparation for the IELTS exam. 13. Assist in the development and evaluation of course materials and curriculum. 14. Keep abreast of developments in the field of IELTS testing and incorporate relevant updates into course content. 15. Support the overall mission and objectives of the training centre by contributing to its growth and success.
