Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
∎ Skills Required: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Advanced knowledge of Power Point

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect Raw data for SMV preparation. Bottle neck operation's motion analysis /Compare with SSDM codes and prepare SOP of the Operation and provide visual and training on the particular operation to meet the standard.
∎ Operation standardization & Optimization for improving productivity.
∎ Operator recruitment, Skill matrix update & Operator skill development.
∎ Train supervisor on Basic Work-study & IE tools.
∎ Follow up Production vs Target to identify problematic area & Solve to increase productivity/Efficiency.
∎ Identify floor wise scopes to improve working method through innovation and technology implementation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good written and verbal communication in English.

Salary: Negotiable
