∎ Prepare Skill matrix for recruiting & grading the new employee.
∎ Time study, capacity study and follow up study of the running style and take appointment measures.
∎ Setting up of lines so to help to achieve set targets.
∎ Find out bottlenecks solve problem if any.
∎ Ensure supply chain operation and achieve maximum output.
∎ Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity.
∎ Identify best performers and award incentive to deserving workers.
∎ Any others job assigned by management.
