∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ With minimum 03 years of work experience of which 2 years’ experience in hygiene promotion related works especially menstrual hygiene management (MHM) session facilitation at urban areas and garments factory.
∎ Good reporting skill in English and verbal & written communication with the donors and other agency.
∎ Excellent skills using commonly used software MS Word, MS Excel, internet and email communication.
∎ Excellent communications skills.
∎ Works well under stress and meet deadlines.
∎ Must have quick decision making and problem-solving capability.
∎ Candidate should have positive attitude regarding Gender/PSEA, Child Safe Guarding and Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position will be responsible for leading the implementation of hygiene-related planned activities.
∎ Must have knowledge and experience on project, management and implementation, hygiene-related training module development and conduction of training, monitoring, staff supervision & development, networking with RMG Sector, Local Govt., UN organizations, INGOs, NGOs.
∎ Village Education Resource Center (VERC) is a national level voluntary organization which is registered by the NGOAB (Reg-133), Social Welfare Department (Reg-Dha-02282) and MRA (Reg-01275-00523-00017).
∎ In partnership with WaterAid Bangladesh, Village Education Resource Center (VERC) is going to implement a project titled “Scaling up access to WASH -Building a resilient and sustainable apparel sector Project” at Savar Upzila under Dhaka District. Recruitment against the following project position will be made for implementation of the project interventions:
