Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters in Social Science/English/MPH/MDS or in any relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will be responsible for leading the implementation of hygiene-related planned activities. Must have knowledge and experience on project, management and implementation, hygiene-related training module development and conduction of training, monitoring, staff supervision & development, networking with RMG Sector, Local Govt., UN organizations, INGOs, NGOs.
∎ Assist in developing context specific hygiene promotion guideline/module
∎ Capacity development of front line staff for facilitating community level hygiene promotion session
∎ Plan and record of project planed hygiene sessions for both community and institutional level
∎ Report progress using online platform
∎ Prepare progress report following organization and donor requirement.
∎ Ensure good communication with relevant stakeholders for scheduling and organizing different sessions at community and institution level
∎ Facilitate sessions on hygiene in community and institutions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ With minimum 03 years of work experience of which 2 years' experience in hygiene promotion related works.
∎ Good reporting skill in English and verbal & written communication with the donors and other agency.
∎ Excellent skills using commonly used software MS Word, MS Excel, internet and email communication.
∎ Excellent communications skills.
∎ Works well under stress and meet deadlines
∎ Must have quick decision making and problem-solving capability.
∎ Candidate should have positive attitude regarding Gender/PSEA, MHM, Child Safe Guarding and Code of Conduct.
∎ VERC authority reserves the right to accept/reject any applications without assigning any reason. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to appear for the examination.
∎ Note: In case of candidates with more experience; age limit and educational qualification would be relaxed. Women and persons with special needs are equally eligible to apply for the said post.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 43000 - 45000 (Monthly)
