Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science/English/MPH/MDS or in any relevant field with minimum 04 years of work experience of which 3 years' experience in similar works.
Job Context:
∎ Village Education Resource Center is a voluntary organization registered with the NGOAB (Reg-133), MRA (Reg-01275-00523-00017) and Social Welfare department (Reg-Da-02282). VERC in partnership with UNICEF is implementing a project titled "Provision of Life-saving WASH Services to the Rohingya Refugee Population in Ukhiya and Teknaf Upazilas, Cox`s Bazar District for Camp-8W". Recruitment against the project position will be made for implementation of the project interventions.
∎ Based at Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Must have knowledge and experience on project, management and implementation, hygiene-related training module development and conduction of training, monitoring, staff supervision & development, networking with local Govt., UN organization, INGOs, NGOs.
∎ Excellent skills on report writing in English, computer skills on MS Office, speaking and writing skills in English etc. are mandatory.
∎ Must have quick decision making and problem-solving capability and to meet the deadlines.
∎ Should have valid driving license and be willing to drive motorcycles.
∎ Candidate should have positive attitude regarding Gender/PSEA, Child Safe Guard & others policies and Code of Conduct of the organization.
∎ Preference would be given who have experience in working in the Rohingya Camps in Cox's Bazar.
Salary:
∎ Monthly Consolidated salary: Negotiable.
