∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience in relevant tasks or sectors.
∎ Previously completed internship or similar working work experience with HR Team will be an added advantage.
∎
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Print and provide ID cards to the new staffs.
∎ Invite candidates as per test schedule or interview schedule.
∎ Provide invigilating support during Technical test.
∎ Assisting HR officer to organize all hard copy Personnel files.
∎ Receiving and tracking down all hard copy documents provided by HR colleagues and making sure of their proper organizing.
∎ Receiving and tracking down documents sent by base/field level and organizing them into personal files.
∎ Scanning personal folders and organizing them into digital archive.
∎ Scanning Recruitment folders and organizing them into digital archive.
∎ Assist Human Resource Compensation & Benefits Sr.Officer in Provident Fund documentation.
∎ Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
∎ Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
∎ Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
∎ Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
∎ Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender Minimum Standards & Child Protection Policies, asking questions and/or for support when necessary
∎ Implement all work related activities with a gender, disability and child protection lens, taking into account the different needs, concerns and ideas of our staff and beneficiaries
∎ Ensure the incorporation of gender equity principles in all policies and activities
∎ Encourage the participation of all genders in meeting and on committee;
∎ Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.
∎ Objective 1: Support the National Staffs Recruitment Process in liaison with Senior HR Officer/s:
∎ Print and provide ID cards to the new staffs.
∎ Invite candidates as per test schedule or interview schedule.
∎ Provide invigilating support during Technical test.
∎ Objective 2: Assisting on ARCHIVING of all HR relevant hard documents on Mission and Base level
∎ Assisting HR officer to organize all hard copy Personnel files.
∎ Receiving and tracking down all hard copy documents provided by HR colleagues and making sure of their proper organizing.
∎ Receiving and tracking down documents sent by base/field level and organizing them into personal files.
∎ Objective 3: Provide assistance on DIGITAL ARCHIVING of personal folders and recruitment folders
∎ Scanning personal folders and organizing them into digital archive.

∎ Objective 4: Participate in the various HR issue:
∎ Assist Human Resource Compensation & Benefits Sr.Officer in Provident Fund documentation.
