Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ BBA preferably in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies or any other relevant field from any recognized university/ institution

Job Context:
∎ Reporting to the line manager- Human Resource and Administration, core responsibility is to provide leadership and strategic management on all aspects of the organization`s human resources and organizational development functions ensuring the Cox`s Bazar office and timely compliance with the partnership recruitment procedures and guidelines. The function will assure timely staffing of high-performing capacities to the response. The position assures long-term employee relation and benefit, and total reward policy are in place including HR standards. S/he provides support, counsel, and overall analysis to the HR department.
∎ Types of contracts: Contractual, initially for six months

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
∎ Lead, develop, and maintain the recruitment and in time deployment process for TAI programs
∎ Ensure end to end strategy formulation, execution, and management of overall recruitment policy
∎ Ensure fair recruitment by following the Diversity Inclusion and Equity model
∎ Develop and maintain selection tools e.g. including aptitude test to filter out the best talents
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation
∎ Support constant reinforcement of the Mission Statement, Core Values, and Code of Conduct
∎ Ensure orientation for the new employees and volunteers on organizational policies to make staff operational
∎ Prepare roster of staff and share with key internal stakeholders on a regular basis
∎ Ensure/remind handover. Any other tasks as per program requirement

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of five years of work experience, with three years of work experience in HRM and at least two years of experience in emergency response program in Cox's Bazar with I/NGOs, INGO preferable
∎ Have sound knowledge on Recruitment and Selection, contemporary HR issues, Bangladesh labor law etc.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft programs i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint etc.
∎ Good communication skill, writing reports in English/Bangla, and ability to present findings, learning etc.
∎ Should have the ability to support learning / facilitate changes/ training conduction
∎ Must be gender-sensitive and familiar with the Global Safeguarding policy, Anti-harassment policy, PSHEA etc.
