Experience:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
a. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
b. Co-ordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programmes.
HR Operations & Administration:
a. Maintain comprehensive employee records and ensure all HR databases are up-to-date.
b. Manage leave and attendance records, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
c. Prepare bills for the British Council.
d. Maintain employee exit formats to ensure efficient database management.
Policy & Performance Support:
a. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures while providing guidance to staff.
b. Support performance management activities, including evaluations and feedback.
c. Assist in the evaluation of internal and external stakeholders.
Communication & Development:
a. Co-ordinate with senior management regarding HR-related tasks.
b. Liaise with section heads to collect and review reports to maintain standard service.
c. Co-ordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
d. Support employee relations to ensure a positive work environment.
e. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
