• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the laboratory

• Assist the Teacher in the Chemistry lab for conducting lab classes of O & A level

• Set up required apparatus - equipment, chemicals, and supplies for Lab Classes under the guidance of Teacher

• Keep ready lab with required instruction for conducting Lab classes for all kinds of internal and external exams.

• Keep attendance record and assist teachers in supervising lab activities

• Ensure a safe work environment by complying with regulations for lab safety and handling hazardous materials following only proper formal procedures

• Maintain cleanliness of the lab and its equipment using appropriate solvents

• Ensure discipline in the lab in the presence of students.

• Oversee and maintain the inventory of lab equipment, supplies, including ordering, handling, arranging & labeling under the direction of the teachers

• Perform other assigned administrative, comparable, or transient duties, which are within the area of knowledge and skills required by this job description.
