Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents.
∎ - Resolve issues between management and employees.
∎ - Coordinate and supervise the work of staff.
∎ - Oversee recruitment and hiring process.
∎ - Direct disciplinary procedures.
∎ - Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
∎ - Assist in performance management processes.
∎ - Maintain employee records (attendance, data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
∎ - Performs other duties as assigned.
