∎ BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed public and private University (DU, IBA, NSU, BRAC, EWU, IUB, AIUB) will get preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: HRMC

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation Benefits Attendance Leave Management, Core HR Knowledge, HRIS/ HR Database Management, KPI, Labor Law, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A. Recruitment & Selection:
∎ Assists the Manager – Human Resources in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources function, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
∎ Recruit for open/vacant positions and perform the full life cycle of recruiting activities including sourcing and screening applicants, maintaining recruiting systems, drafting offer letters, providing follow-through with candidates, supporting hiring managers, and reporting recruiting statistics.
∎ Once the job offer is complete and you have received personal action form, complete contract of employment and compile induction kit, which you will give to new Associate before his/her first shift. Ensure the return of completed paperwork.
∎ Draft and update job descriptions; assist in classifying positions and/or reclassifying positions as needed.
∎ Lead employee on-boarding activities and provide support to managers when integrating new hires into the organization
∎ Assist with reference checks, and job offers
∎ File all payroll/personnel paperwork within two weeks of receipt and maintain accuracy of all files.
∎ B. General Administration
∎ Compile new job contracts for internal changes in status, transfers and promotions before the effective date
∎ Assist in performance review process; provide employees and managers with information about the process, policies, job duties, and process for promotion
∎ To be familiar with and knowledgeable of the Labor Code for your own understanding and to advise Associates of conditions
∎ Track all internal movements and provide report to Manager - Human Resources
∎ Be pro-active in streamlining Human Resources Practices and sourcing new ways to improve current systems
∎ Collect and distribute mail, office order and circular as required basis
∎ Maintain adequate stock supply in Human Resources Office
∎ Maintain Associate Notice boards.
∎ Ensure that all associates comply with the grooming and uniform standards.
∎ Carry out any additional duties as requested by the Manager - Human Resources
∎ C. Payroll Administration
∎ Ensure all associates receive their due remuneration on a timely basis
∎ Verify all payroll payments are processed in accordance with Company Policy and applicable labor regulations and maintain accurate Payroll records
∎ Collate and check payroll information from original sources
∎ Complete salaried and wage payroll data input
∎ Download and update Associate payroll and benefits data, producing pay slips, reports for management information
∎ Check timesheets against rosters and inform the Manager - Human Resources of any breaches of Labor code
∎ Update and maintain complete and accurate records for all Associates
∎ Maintain accurate wage deduction records and reconcile payroll reports
∎ Collate and prepare monthly turnover report and department turnover
∎ D. Operational
∎ To handle and direct employee enquiries as appropriate
∎ To keep track of employee attendance, late, absent and leave entitlements, by tracking the completed leave applications and update the HRIS accordingly
∎ Preparation and maintenance of all employment related documentation such as letter of appointment, probation evaluation, confirmation letter, disciplinary letters etc.
∎ To ensure a strong professional relationship with all levels of employees within the hotel
∎ To assist in organizing regular employee sports and social activities.
∎ To co-ordinate the Employee Recognition Programmes
∎ To complete exit formalities of resigning employees including their full and final settlement
∎ To prepare and maintain monthly distribution of Birthday Cards to Department Heads
∎ Ensures HANSA Management Limited brand standards have been implemented as and when directed
∎ Demonstrates enthusiasm and act on own initiative and take responsibility for one’s own work and for the safety of others
∎ Manage time effectively and shows punctuality, completes all tasks on time, structures work activities in a systematic way

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Aware and practice all hotel rules & regulations as employment and outlined in HANSA Management Limited guidelines.
∎ To be able to perform and organize daily task assigned.
∎ To be able to work with minimum supervision. Practice and encourage teamwork.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Work with high attributes of standard & quality.

Salary:
