∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in In Human Resource Management from reputed University., Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in In Human Resource Management from reputed University.
∎ Students will get preference.
∎ University of Dhaka,BRAC University,North South University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Need Full Time Experienced & dedicated person..
∎ Must be English proficiency Required.
∎ Reporting to the Chairman HR Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist the Management to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
∎ Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
∎ Maintaining and regularly updating a master database in Personal files.
∎ Responsible for training & development, preparing and diffusion of soft skills training.
∎ Recording, maintaining and monitoring daily attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
∎ To prepare monthly salary (Compensation & Benefits).
∎ Attendance, Leave, staff advance, gratuity & Holiday Management.
∎ To assist the Administration to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
∎ Conduct the orientation of new employees.
∎ Company Policy Amendment.
∎ Final Settlement of exit employees.
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates & turnover etc.
∎ Handling grievances according to labor law. Participate in the conduct of investigations when employee complaints or concerns arise.
∎ Any Other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Possess excellent understanding, written and oral communication in English.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power point.
∎ Fluency in English
∎ Expert in Microsoft word & Excel, Power point
∎ Only BBA Or MBA in Human Resource Management candidates can apply.
∎ Any task assigned by management.
