∎ We are hiring HR Compliance officer to join our team in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Running weekly reports to identify documents that have and/or are due to expire
∎ Maintaining our CRM database to ensure all candidates profiles are fully completed
∎ Communicating effectively with candidates to ensure they are aware of their expiring documents, and ensuring they send them across before expiry in order to continue working
∎ Obtaining and verifying all documents received, ensuring they satisfy the criteria of various UK Healthcare framework ( NHS /CQC ) requirements
∎ Supporting Account Managers in providing fully compliant temporary or permanent candidates.
∎ Ensuring no working candidates need to be stopped from working due to compliance lapses/requirements
∎ Proactively maintaining candidate's files and ensuring audit standards are adhered to at all times
∎ Working towards completing internal audits of candidate's files
∎ Providing support to the Audit and maintenance team
∎ Building rapport with candidates to ensure they keep their files up to date.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in admin and/or customer service is preferred for this role.
∎ It is critical that you possess the following qualities.
∎ Must have good attention to detail due to the nature of the Maintenance role.
∎ Confidence when speaking on the phone.
∎ Applicant's who completed their studies on ENGLISH Medium or IELTS Scored at least 6.0 are preferable for the position.
∎ Good communication both internal and external.
∎ Be able to cope with a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
∎ Be flexible and adaptable, with a can-do, positive attitude.
∎ Good organisational and time management skills.
∎ Able to adapt to using different CRM and data software.
∎ Can prioritise tasks that are urgent and important.
∎ Team player.
∎ Strive for the best.
∎ Able to show initiative in tasks.
∎ Respect for confidential information.
∎ Willing and able to create and present reports and data to key stake holders.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Asking salary depends on the experience.
