Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews, prepare joining report.
∎ Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is complete.
∎ Handle employee records, leave management, and payroll coordination using HRM software tools to ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality and report to higher authority.
∎ Act as the point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
∎ Support in handling employee grievances and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
∎ Track employee attendance and leaves, and assist in managing disciplinary actions when required.
∎ Maintain employee training records and support development programs.
∎ Maintain both physical and digital files for HR and administrative purposes.
∎ Ensure all company records are organized and compliant with regulations.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about Bangladesh labor laws & acts to adjust company policies.
∎ Oversee general office operations including inventory management, office supplies, and ensuring the workplace environment is safe and comfortable.
∎ Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and services.
∎ Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars for each task.
∎ Ensure the workplace adheres to health and safety regulations.
∎ Assist in organizing emergency drills and ensuring safety equipment is available and maintained.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Drive.
∎ Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially & maintain any stress.
∎ Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
∎ Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
