Job Context:
∎ Probationary Period: Would be a 3-month.
∎ An International club is currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Housekeeping Attendant who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
∎
∎ As a Housekeeping Attendant, you are responsible for daily assigned duties as instructed by Supervisors and promotes a positive image of the property to guests, and must be pleasant, friendly and able to address problems or special requests.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive work assignment, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key logbook accurately.
∎ Stock and sort supplies.
∎ Vacuum, clean, dust and polish guest rooms, mosquito nets etc.
∎ Make beds, change sheets, remove and replace used towels and toiletries.
∎ Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards.
∎ Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets) as required.
∎ Keeping the laundry room and the open space in the front of the laundry room always clean.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3/4 years' experience in the similar role.
∎ Ability to follow instruction.
∎ Taking Responsibility.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good time management skills.
∎ Physically fit and have a positive attitude to work.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and flexibility during work.
∎ Languages: Spoken and written English and Bengali.

∎ TBD based on experience
