Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
∎ Train, guide, and supervise front desk staff to maintain high service standards.
∎ Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Monitor and manage room reservations using PMS software.
∎ Candidates must have previous experience with PMS Nimble Code (NICE System).
∎ Ensure proper handling of billing, payments, and reports in compliance with hotel policies.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience and resolve operational issues.
∎ Female candidates are preferred.
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
