Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree from any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Superintend overall operation of the hostel activities as per standing operating procedures;
∎ Assist student to complete necessary formalities at the time of boarding or leaving hostel;
∎ Make sure that the resident students leave the hostel rooms daily 5 minutes earlier before the start of class;
∎ Check hostel rooms daily after student's departure;
∎ Inform the authority in case any resident student becomes sick and take necessary steps for treatment;
∎ Guide the student to form hostel committee and perform the activities as per schedule;
∎ Present in all meetings/gatherings of students and ensure discipline of the proceedings;
∎ Assist hostel committee in grocery shopping for the hostel dining;
∎ Select and assign students by rotation in tiding up the hostel compound, toilet, field, flower garden, vegetable farm and supervise their activities;
∎ Check resident students' beds, furniture and dresses to ensure cleanliness;
∎ Assist students during study time and ensure discipline in the study room;
∎ Inform the authority in case of any unrest or resentment among the students or any boarder gets involved in any undesirable case, and take immediate necessary action to settle the issue;
∎ Look after the dining facilities of hostel and ensure discipline during lunch time;
∎ Supervise the cooks for serving meals for the boarding students in time;
∎ Check residing students' baggage and luggage quarterly for illegal substance or belongings and report to authority if such thing is found;
∎ Check the number of boarding students daily during bedtime and inform the authority in case of any disparity;
∎ Ensure Security of hostel building complex through timely surveillance;
∎ Handle and resolve any external interference and immediately report to authority;
∎ Ensure compliance with office rules and regulations;
∎ Assist Hostel-in-Charge & Principal for preparing HPI Hostel related plans;
∎ Prepare different kind of report like students information, meeting minutes & monthly report etc.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the higher management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Priority will be given to those candidates who have experience in hostel management
∎ Expertise on computer use and operation
∎ Willingness to work extra hours
Salary: Negotiable

∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy i.e. provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil) etc.
