- Ensure quality patient care and effective daily doctor management/care.
- Staff salary management and attendance supervision.
- Oversee day-to-day hospital administration and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.
- Maintain coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Monitor hospital budgets, inventory, and overall operational efficiency.
