Job Context:
∎ The Asia Arsenic Network is looking for a eligible candidate for the mentioned position for conducting a 3 years project on "Dissemination and Implementation of NCDs Tackling Model Centering the Vulnerable Community in Khulna District" during March 2023-February 2026.
∎ Employment Status: Contractual (as per project agreement)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support capacity development of role player including school teacher, class leaders, women group, CG,
∎ Support developing linkage among healthcare centers.
∎ Support CG to minimize NCD patients drop-out case from care system.
∎ Support NCD corner function.
∎ Provide on the job training to govt. staff for NCD management including support physical measure, recording, online entry, reporting, store management, drop-out detection
∎ Conduct android-based data collection programs
∎ Support smooth coordination system between Community Clinics and Upazila Health Complex.
∎ Support event at hospital and community level.
∎ Promote referral NCD cases
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years experience on health relevant work with govt. institutions
∎ Familiar on field planning and programme organize
∎ Capable to develop relation and capacity of community people, HWs as volunteer
∎ Conduct various surveys using android application.
∎ Familiar with computer operating and browsing internet, data recording.
∎ Should have knowledge on report writing in English and sound communication with foreigners
∎ Should have mentality on remote areas field movement
∎ Should have android based cell phone.
∎ Should have a valid motorcycle driving license and good driving skill.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
