Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Public Health (MPH), completed from foreign university will be given preference.

Job Context:
∎ Department/Unit: Program Operations
∎ Report to Director: Program Operations
∎ Working Conditions: Based in Dhaka Office with frequent field visit
∎ Purpose: Provide technical guidance to health project. Design high quality health projects in consideration of the organizational goal and the situation of the stakeholder and local health service providing agencies and provide technical support which reinforces team capacity to achieve the set milestone within specific timeframe and allocated budget. S/he will be responsible for exploration opportunity to contribute to the system for better understanding with local government.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of working experience in same level in Right based organization and experience of working with Government agencies will be given preference .
∎ The candidate must have experience in developing health program with the involvement of community and local health systems.
∎ Working experience in health related projects especially on WASH, School Health and Nutrition, Maternal and Child Health, Adolescent Re-productive Health in International or National NGO will be given preference.
∎ Child rights-based programming , Project planning & monitoring In depth knowledge of public health programs and Government health structure, research and current health issues and best practices considering the country context.

Salary:
∎ Monthly BDT 90,000 (Ninety Thousand only), subject to deduction of Tax at source; based on salary history and experience.

∎ According to organizational Human Resources Policy.
