Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ Degree from medicine in recognized institution
∎ Registered and licensed by the Bangladesh Medical Board
∎ Diploma or certificate in public health

∎ Skills Required: self-motivation, social and leadership skills, Staff management and Supervision

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide day to day oversight of all activities at the assigned health post
∎ Coordinate staff, monitor patient flow, look for bottle necks, problem solve and find solutions
∎ Assist with on-the-job training of health post staff and volunteers, following sector, national and international guidelines
∎ Providing clinical assessments and care, as required, to beneficiaries
∎ Supervise staff and volunteers working at the health post including monitoring attendance and time sheets, and reporting any problems to the Health Manager
∎ Assign work to each staff and volunteer, and ensure they understand their job
∎ Maintain open and professional relations with team members, promoting a strong team spirit and provide guidance to enable staff to successfully perform in their positions
∎ Provide daily oversight and supervision to ensure the site is functioning efficiently and according to quality standards
∎ Ensure proper documentation is completed to record and monitor beneficiary measurements and registration, clinical diagnoses, food rations, stock reports, drug monitoring and tracking, referrals, and any other relevant documentation as it arises
∎ Report any suspected or identified fraud cases at the health post site to the health manager
∎ Develop and maintain effective working relationships with local communities and other implementing partners
∎ Attend and represent World Concern/Medair are camp coordination meetings and camp health sector meetings
∎ Ensure staff of referral facilities are informed of all aspects of the program, including referral and counter-referral criteria and process
∎ Refer to the Health Manager before making any commitment, written or verbal
∎ Collect, review, and submit required daily and weekly reports and stock requests for approval by the Health Manager
∎ Ensure sufficient buffer stocks of medical and non-medical supplies and other distribution items are available at the warehouse
∎ Ensure daily medical, and non-medical supplies are appropriately stored at the health post
∎ Supervise the monitoring of medical supply expiry dates to ensure medical supplies are utilized prior to their expiry

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years work experience in primary and emergency healthcare, tropical infections and disease, Integrated Management of Childhood Illness, Emergency Obstetric Care, Syndromic Management of STIs, and clinical care of sexual assault survivors • Previous experience working with a humanitarian organisation
∎ Previous work within a natural disaster, or mass casualty incident is an added advantage
∎ Previous experience supervising within a health centre
∎ Spoken Bangla and English
∎ Ability to communicate in Rohingya language (spoken Chittagong dialect)
∎ Ability to write Bangla
∎ Ability to write basic English (names, numbers)

Salary: Negotiable
