Material Management, Store Management, Warehouse
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the entire warehouse operation with oversee the inbound/outbound of raw material inventory.
∎ Oversee review the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages and coordination with the planning team and procurement chain team.
∎ Review re-order level, Track & maintenance of minimum stock in accordance with defined levels by supply chain team and planning team.
∎ Review safety and security of resources and material with ensure Store operations comply with all applicable compliance requirements.
∎ Review & process all the invoices and packing list with the Finance and Commercial team for payment execution for suppliers.
∎ Review shipment and logistics data for outbound material; track updates provided to the Merchandising team accordingly.
∎ Devise methods to optimize inventory control procedures, review best practices and check feasibility of adoption.
∎ Track communication with all other teams to manage stores at the optimum level.
∎ Devise new methods of wastage control; track efficiency in materials management.
∎ Train up the local people for sustainable the team.
