Job Context:
∎ Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL), a financial institution based on Islamic Shariah, has the following vacancy for immediate employment. Candidates who are industrious, sincere with good manner & etiquette and interested to work in the overall leadership functions of Treasury with career oriented may apply for the position.
∎ Job Grade: Preferably SPO to FVP, however job grade will be decided on the basis of experience and competency level of the selected candidate.
∎ Category of Emplacement: Permanent & Full-time
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation & Presentation of Regular (Daily/ weekly) Fund Position.
∎ Preparation of monthly fund projection and ensure proper utilization of fund in consultation with management.
∎ Proper planning on treasury deposit management with updated renewal/ encashment and payment of treasury deposit and bank credit line on time.
∎ Preparation of Cost-Benefit analysis of treasury fund placement (Mudaraba Term Deposit Receipt (MTDR)/short term placement) with Bank and FI and proper administration (renewal/ encashment/placement) thereof in consultation with management.
∎ Maintaining deal slip for all kinds of treasury transactions and getting approval from competent authority.
∎ Maintaining of supporting documents/vouchers and ensure proper system entry of all treasury transactions.
∎ Maintaining Cash Reserve Ratio (CRR) & Statutory Liquidity Reserve (SLR) as per BB rules and ensure proper reporting thereon.
∎ Maintaining short term, long term bank credit line.
∎ Hunting & Administration of treasury (Bank & FI) deposit and maintaining good relationship.
∎ Conducting monthly ALCO meeting on time with adequate supporting papers, etc.
∎ Submission of MIS/Regulatory Report on time as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years related practical experience in the Bank / NBFI.
∎ Sound knowledge in financial calculation methods.
∎ Have capacity to control, monitor and supervise the Treasury Department including good interpersonal skill.
∎ Sound knowledge & skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
∎ Good written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bangla.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Problem solving mindset.
∎ Have good leadership skills.
