Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ 3+ years of experience in student recruitment, international admissions, or education consultancy.
∎ Proven track record of increasing student enrollments and achieving recruitment targets.
∎ Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team of consultants.
∎ Deep knowledge of international universities, admission processes, and visa requirements.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
∎ Ability to develop strategic partnerships and manage student pipelines effectively.
∎ Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking.
∎ Experience in conducting student seminars, webinars, and recruitment events.
∎ Prior experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Student Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement targeted recruitment plans to increase student enrollments.
∎ Team Leadership & Management: Lead, train, and oversee a team of student consultants to ensure efficient student counseling and admissions support.
∎ Student Consultation & Admissions Support: Guide students in selecting the right universities, courses, and scholarship opportunities.
∎ Application & Visa Process Management: Ensure smooth processing of student applications, visa documentation, and compliance.
∎ Market Research & Expansion: Identify and penetrate new student markets, staying ahead of trends in the international education sector.
∎ Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong connections with universities, colleges, and other education partners.
∎ Digital & Offline Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute recruitment campaigns via social media, webinars, seminars, and fairs.
∎ Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor student recruitment KPIs and conversion rates, using insights to enhance strategies.
∎ Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the operations, admissions, and marketing teams to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
