Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position takes care of Company Strategy department of the business unit. Medium and Long-term business Strategy formulation and execution along with the country ExCo is one of the key roles of the position. The position also takes care of all Business Development related requirements of the Company.
∎ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Plan, formulate and execute the Country Strategic Plan based on short, medium and long term Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan, HR Plan, Business Improvement Plan and other departmental plans.
∎ Opportunity and feasibility study of various investment projects e.g. Strategic capex projects, New Initiative, GU, Line extension, etc. as and when required
∎ Identify Business opportunities contributing to EBITDA
∎ Co-ordinate with all the departments to align the departmental plans with the BU strategic plan.
∎ Conduct annual BU Strategic analysis & complete a rolling 5 year Strategic Plan
∎ Prepare & evaluate investment proposals including financial modelling
∎ Benchmark performance with competitors & suggest areas of improvement
∎ Assess industry trends, market size, demand-supply, new entrants and propose the future move
∎ Identify opportunities for business development and execute by various value creating ideas like Acquisition, JV, Greenfield, etc.
∎ Prepare and manage the Group reporting on Supply-Demand, Import-Export, capacity expansion
∎ Monthly reporting on market share, sales volume, comparative with competitors, rolling market size, trend analysis, seasonality analysis, margin analysis, and economic indicators analysis.
∎ Management report analysis and report to CEO on any potential business risk ahead.
∎ Work closely with the group organizations to plan and implement standard group products according to templates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 12-15 years of job experience, preferably in manufacturing industry.
