Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop business strategies and design the products for providing meaningful solutions by understanding the customer’s needs and expansion of Small Enterprise Business in different geographical locations based on the market potential.
∎ Ensure to achieve the yearly sales target of Small Loans, Deposit and Collection.
∎ Ensure quality of the disbursed loans by periodic review of process, policy and portfolio.
∎ Assist in reviewing the SOP of Small Enterprise Business.
∎ Co-ordinate with all personnel of the business segment and other business divisions, branches and operation departments of the bank.
∎ Identify existing and potential customers and business opportunities in the market.
∎ Develop strategic alliances, assist in designing various banking products catering to the customer needs and reviewing the product on a continuous basis.
