• At least 03 years in a managerial role.

• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the textile testing and color-matching solutions industry.

• Strong knowledge of textile laboratory machinery, equipment, and service protocols.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Develop and implement service strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.·        
• Provide technical guidance and support to the service team and customers.
• Develop and manage the service department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
