Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all operations of Screen-Printing business to ensure the desired results consistent with the overall strategy;
∎ Develop business plans alignment with short-term and long-term goals/objectives;
∎ Initiate plan to promote revenue and ensure cost effective management of resources;
∎ Execute business plan in all concerns align with marketing, operating & sourcing;
∎ Establish Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for smooth operation maintaining quality of product;
∎ Set comprehensive goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all the concerns/Operations;
∎ Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and evaluate by analyzing appropriate data and metrics;
∎ Lead and manage employees to advance engagement a high performing managerial team;
∎ Prepare periodic reports and submit to the Board of Directors;
∎ Participate in expansion activities by maintaining relationships with stakeholders/vendors/clients;
∎ Ensure monthly printing production as per schedule and run smoothly to meet the deadline;
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it;
∎ Improve profitability by identifying cost reduction and reduce the wastage percentage;
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and materials
∎ Make sue external marketing of screen print production by taking sub-contract order from outside;
∎ Ensure quality standard and chemical restriction limit for reputed buyers
∎ Inspect printed products in coordination with the quality team for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications and external defects;
∎ Ensure the quality during bulk production period & control rejects;
∎ Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Half-Yearly and Yearly Report presentation to the Management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 14 years of proven experience in large Screen-Printing industry out of which 2-3 years in similar position;
∎ The applicants should have excellent communication skill with strong track record and ability to work with merchandisers.
∎ Strong business acumen and exceptional interpersonal and communication skill
∎ In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
∎ Excellent understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
∎ Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
∎ Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure/ERP and MS Office
∎ Good interpersonal and public speaking skills
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
∎ Well Conversant in MS Office, preferably in Oracle ERP.
