Job Context:
∎ Sinobangla Industries Ltd - a 100% export-oriented China-Bangladesh joint venture Company engaged in production and export of FIBC and WPP bag, is looking for a suitable candidate to fill up the position of Head of Sales.
∎ This is a senior management position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare sales plan mainly for export market.
∎ Explore new export markets.
∎ Maintain intensive liaison with customers.
∎ Effectively communicate with customer and the factory to make offers, negotiate prices and coordinate delivery lead-times.
∎ Analyze sales figures, customer reactions/claims, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
∎ Advising and assisting production and quality department regarding customer inspections and audits.
∎ Follow-up and coordinate with factory regarding delivery commitments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Garments/Packaging Industry/textile.
∎ Must be currently employed as Merchandiser/Sr. Merchandiser.
∎ Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English is a pre-requisite.
∎ Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, especially late evenings.
