Salmon Developers Limited is looking for Head of Sales - in Real Estate Sales & Marketing is responsible for the strategic planning and supervising day to day activities of sales department. He is also responsible for developing & maintaining relation with new customers & existing customers & to maintain a strong database of strong reference group by ensuring effective service as per company policy. In addition, he will ensure new employee orientation about own product and identify new source of customer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseas sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals. Plan and assign daily workload to the sales team.
• Develop new sales techniques for business growth and profitability.
• Identify selling strategies and opportunities to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with the sales team and find out solution to the sales related issues.
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
• Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
• Report to management about the overall sales and marketing performance of the entire team.
