Experience:
BSc/MSc in Science (Applied Physics) from any reputed public or private university.
Strong project sales skill.
Strong communication and client management skills·

Commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes·
Problem-solving and decision-making capability·
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Project-Based Sales Achievement:
Take active responsibility for generating project-based sales,
Ensuring that each project contributes to the company’s revenue growth and profitability.
Client & Sales Coordination
Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand customer requirements and project scope.
Participate in client meetings and provide technical or project-related clarifications.
Maintain continuous communication with clients regarding project progress, updates, and feedback.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support future business opportunities.
Project Planning & Execution
Develop project timelines, work schedules, and implementation plans based on sales commitments.
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget.
Supervise installation, commissioning, and handover activities.
Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to company standards.
Proposal & Costing Support:
Assist in preparing technical proposals, cost estimations, and quotations aligned with client requirements and company margins.
Sales Support & Commercial Management
Coordinate with the Sales Team for invoice generation and payment follow-up based on project milestones.
Monitor project costs and profitability to ensure commercial targets are met.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or additional service agreements.
Provide technical and project input during tender preparation and proposal submission.
Internal Coordination
Liaise with Technical, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Proactively address project-related issues and risks to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain regular progress reports and management updates.
Customer Satisfaction & After-Sales Support
Collect client feedback after project completion and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Service or Support Teams for after-sales issues.
Ensure successful project closure with proper documentation and client sign-off.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Prepare project progress and performance reports for management.
Track delivery schedules, invoices, and receivables in coordination with Sales and Accounts teams.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Market Insight & Business Development:
Collect market intelligence and client feedback from ongoing projects to identify future business opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring accountability, collaboration, and a strong sales-oriented mindset.
Additional Weekly Leave: 3rd Saturday of every month
