We are a specialized venture working for enhancing skills with proficient educational training and higher studies. NextGen is creating cross-cultural digital entrepreneurship in a global perspective.
∎ We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our sales team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities.
∎ Create proposals for client satisfaction and revenue growth.
∎ Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention.
∎ Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
∎ Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organization's goals.
∎ Establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships.
∎ Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue.
∎ Influence senior stakeholders within customers' organizations and premier buyers in the industry.
∎ Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
∎ Leverage innovations to maximize revenue of traditional and digital assets and products.
∎ Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, and guide promotions and sponsorships.
∎ Provide advice when preparing bid documents and integrated proposals for key accounts.
∎ Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.
∎ Job Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA degree in any business-related subjects
∎ Minimum 7-8 years of experience in sales or B2B business
∎ Skilled in maintaining relationships with clients
∎ Excellent analytical and communication skills
∎ Fantastic leadership skills

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
