Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA with Major in Marketing from a reputed institution with strong communication skill in English and Bangla. Person having experience in heat insulation and A.C. ducting work will be preferred.

FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to formulate sales/marketing plan and fix target.
∎ Motivate and manage channel partners and train the sales team involved in marketing the product.
∎ Working to delicate himself even beyond office hours.
∎ Result oriented personality.
∎ Must be able to lead a team of highly motivated sale personnel. Take decision and achieve results in a competitive market.
∎ Able to analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and yearly sales forecast.
∎ Should be able to co-ordinate with the sales Team for timely submission of sales plan.forecas/requisite reports & consolidating it at national level.
∎ Shall be responsible adequate stock availability, order forecasting, inventory management/national level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have minimum 10 (Ten) years experience in similar position and product or any other related product in a reputed national or multinational Company
Salary: Negotiable
