∎ Bachelor/ Masters Degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Have experience to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning execution.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self motivated and dynamic.
∎ Must be target achieved oriented.
∎ Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good personality, well behaved, smart.
∎ Candidate with good professional, efficiency will be given preference.
∎ Experienced with the same industry will be prioritized.
∎ Knowledge on Contract Act, Civil Act, Power of Attorney Act, and Transfer & Registration of Properties related Act and others
∎ Good Liaison / Communication Skill with Govt. & Non- Govt. personnel / Officers.
