∎ Bachelor/ Masters Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and contact potential customers for sales opportunities and hitting monthly sales targets.
∎ Creating customers and convincing them to buy lands (real estate).
∎ Communicate with target customers and manage customer relationships.
∎ Analyze market data and provide feedback to maximize sales.
∎ Network expansion across areas of concern to increase sales.
∎ Must be target achieve oriented.
∎ Maintaining and updating the customer database through the system.
∎ Identify new business areas and increase sales accordingly.
∎ Assign any other duties as may be decided by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good personality, well behaved, smart.
∎ Candidate with good professional, efficiency will be given preference.
∎ Experienced with the same industry will be prioritized.

Salary: Negotiable
