Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide round-the-clock customer support through various communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat.
∎ Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to assist customers effectively and make appropriate recommendations.
∎ Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex customer issues, share knowledge, and improve customer service processes.
∎ Exhibit strong communication skills in both Bengali and English, ensuring clear and empathetic communication with customers.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
∎ Ability to work independently as well as in a team
∎ Familiarity with CRM software and practices
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
∎ Proficient in English and Bengali
