Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in Business from reputed public or private university.
∎ Fluent in English communication, proficient in Data analytical tools
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Spearhead topline management by driving above mentioned 4 departments
∎ Prepare Sales budget and execute accordingly
∎ Share business forecast to operations and Finance team periodically
∎ Obtain retailer nominations for supplying products by driving RBO sales team
∎ Efficiently manage vendor/factory sales team to achieve sales budget
∎ Ensure Order execution and support by driving customer service team
∎ Develop new product and improve existing products using product development team
∎ Ensure credit guideline is executed appropriately in the vendor sales and customer service team
∎ Ensure ethical business relation with customers and within teams

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 to 7 years in garment accessories industry.
∎ At least 3 to 5 years' experience as head of the department role.

Salary: Negotiable
