∎ B.Sc in CSE/EEE/Statistics/Economics/Accounting with MBA in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
B2B and B2C sales and marketing, Brand Management, Business Communication, Business Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Stablish Sales channel (Exclusive Distributor, IT distributor, Mobile Distributor).
∎ Fixing the sales and collection target and Confirming the target achievement through monitoring DNSM, DSM, TSM and other sales people.
∎ Supervising all promotional and marketing activities with precise planning.
∎ Enhance display at all types of sales outlet and channels.
∎ Ensure brand promoter and sales persons at distributor end.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies and confirming the distributorship as per the zone.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and lead the team with it.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Experienced candidates will get preference.
∎ Have the ability to lead a team with techniques and disciplines of sales, sales management, and marketing communications.
∎ Depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.
∎ Basic knowledge on IT Products.
∎ Amicable and leadership skills, good presentation experience.
∎ Able to understand and manage product line, customer and pricing.
