∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Minimum Master's Degree from any reputed University. Professional Certificate holders will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Promotion and Branding, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively lead the sales , marketing & brand team.
∎ Establish business development strategies to ensure overall organizational strategy is followed.
∎ Guide business development research reports on potential revenue streams and business threats.
∎ Confirm new business agreements with identified partners, suppliers and vendors.
∎ Direct approach to drive cost-benefit analysis and financial modeling of new business ventures.
∎ Drive new technologies to improve business portfolio and processes.
∎ Drive partnerships with internal stakeholders to adapt current portfolios to new business opportunities.
∎ Lead discussions on trading research with organization’s trading departments.
∎ Lead identification of opportunities to improve business processes.
∎ Lead local or regional team discussions to confirm decisions on business development
∎ Lead new business opportunity projects based on business network feedback and economic landscape.
∎ Lead new business ventures and plan approaches and market entries.
∎ Lead partnerships with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for portfolio.
∎ Being innovative with new ideas for our startup project.
∎ Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities, establish and maintain brand budgets.
∎ Understanding market dynamics & consumer behavior for a better planning of establishing the product .
∎ Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
∎ Strategist & decision marker, communication strategy with quick decision making is very important to build a strong identity of being an undisputed leader in the market..
∎ Being the channel, the person is like a one-man hub, required to work closely with several teams, including merchandising, product development, and market research, marketing and creative agencies.
∎ Communicate effectively; the person will meet and interact with people across all platforms and levels, it is necessary for one to possess great interpersonal skills. Also, articulating an idea effectively such that it is understood with ease is vital.
∎ The person needs to be deadline oriented, punctual and should be able to Work under pressure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
