∎ Our company is a thriving e-commerce business that specializes in selling a wide range of vehicles online. As part of our continuous growth and expansion, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Product Upload Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently uploading and managing product information on our website, ensuring accurate and compelling listings that maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
∎ As the Product Upload Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and attractiveness of our online product catalog. You will work closely with various departments such as the purchasing team, marketing team, and brand team to gather all relevant information, images, and specifications necessary to create engaging product listings.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field Work : Direct to door field visit to car showrooms in Dhaka. Data collection to upload product. Sales operation to take car buyers to show vehicles.
∎ Product Data Management: Upload and update product listings on our website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, including product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and availability.
∎ Content Creation: Write engaging and persuasive product descriptions that highlight key features, benefits, and specifications, tailored to attract and engage our target audience.
∎ Image Editing: Optimize and edit product images to ensure high-quality visuals that enhance the overall appeal of the listings.
∎ Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks to ensure product information accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the purchasing team to obtain accurate product data, collaborate with the marketing team to align product messaging and promotions, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate inventory management.
∎ SEO Optimization: Implement basic search engine optimization techniques such as keyword placement and metadata optimization to enhance product visibility and search rankings.
∎ Catalog Maintenance: Regularly review and update product listings to reflect changes in pricing, availability, or specifications, and ensure discontinued items are promptly removed from the website.
∎ Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer reviews, and identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to suggest innovative ways to enhance the online shopping experience and drive sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Proficiency in both English and Bangla is a must.
∎ Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales commission will be added to your salary. You can make it up to 30k to 50k based on your sales skill.
