Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Business from reputed public or private university.
∎ Fluent in English communication, proficient in Data analytical tools
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead and supervise a team of sales officers and managers of high experience.
∎ Monitor and report efficiency of the sales team to the management and ways to improve
∎ Monitor work of sales team as per company policies
∎ Ensure achievement of sales target by the sales managers and officers.
∎ Maintain liaison with all local customers
∎ Share business forecast to operations and Finance team periodically
∎ Coordinate with admin to ensure all sales deliveries are executed effectively
∎ Ensure Order execution and support by driving customer service team
∎ Ensure sales returns are met by the sales team as per company policy
∎ Ensure ethical business relations with customers and within teams

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 20 year(s) of experience in sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments Accessories
∎ At least 5 to 7 years in garment accessories industry.
∎ At least 3 to 5 years' experience as head of the department role.

Salary: Negotiable
