Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, organize, implement and monitor sales and marketing activities in regular basis.
∎ Responsible for agreed sales / income targets and KPIs
∎ To lead on implementation, reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales & marketing plans to drive sales and revenue
∎ To line and project manage the sales & marketing team and wider working groups to fulfill business objectives
∎ To provide strategic marketing and sales guidance
∎ To manage and deliver the relevant budgets and produce financial reports
∎ Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
∎ Assist management in developing business strategies
∎ Responsible for developing the appropriate organizational structure, resource plans and culture to support the business objectives and customer deliverables
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ The candidate should have at least 20 years of experience in well known Food and Beverage Companies
