Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ DVM or Animal husbandry degree will get preference.
∎ Educational requirement may be leniently seen for candidates who have experience in Fish, Poultry, Cattle and Dairy feed marketing & sales throughout the country.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Animal Feed, Sales & Marketing

Job Context:
∎ A renowned group of company produce Fish, Poultry, Cattle and Dairy feed. Seeking expertise and capable candidate to do marketing & sales of its Fish, Poultry, Cattle and Dairy feed throughout the country.
∎ Head of Sales & Marketing (For Fish, Poultry, Cattle and Dairy Feed)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate, implement and review plan & policies for sales and marketing management.
∎ Do market research to expand and develop market network.
∎ Identify potential customers/dealers.
∎ Generate new ideas and techniques of selling.
∎ Prepare plan for promotional activities.
∎ Set up dealers/ distributor's.
∎ Analyze sales trends, prepare marketing plan with annual and monthly sales forecast.
∎ Fixing the targets and achieving the goals.
∎ Competitor's information's, Sales information, other reports send to head office time to time.
∎ Dealer and farm visit.
∎ Ensure effective coordination with the management for business development.
∎ Organize training for marketing and sales team.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must. Good knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Emailing, net browsing etc.
∎ Honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, Self-motivated & effective communication skills.
∎ Willing to travel for visit farms and dealers.

Salary:
