∎ Prior experience in the catering or events industry in Bangladesh.
∎ Established network with event planners, corporate clients, and venue operators.
∎ Strong understanding of the local market and customer preferences in Dhaka.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the events and catering sector.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and individual customers.
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in weddings, corporate events, parties, and other special occasions.
∎ Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to align sales efforts with service delivery and promotional campaigns.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
∎ Oversee sales pipelines, including lead generation, client meetings, and contract negotiations.
∎ Set sales targets for the team and regularly review performance metrics to ensure success.
∎ Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and progress reports to management.
∎ Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote services.
