∎ Feed Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives
∎ Lead the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target as set by the management.
∎ Responsible for setup modern and effective sales & marketing strategy for development of existing sales volume.
∎ Visit & meet the dealers & customers as frequent as possible.
∎ Take special care to collect the dues without further/much delay.
∎ Address the gray areas of the business in individual and team works.
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives
∎ Do the needful evaluation & research on the market.
∎ Ensure Individual Sales of Feed Products as per given target by the management.
∎ Set up dealers/ Parties to maximize sales growth.
∎ Ensure collection against sales as per company policy.
∎ Handling all dealers & customers with proper care.
∎ Receiving customer's feedback/ problems and solving them within Company rules & regulations without delay.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and market trends for the knowledge of higher management
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time
