Educational Requirements:
∎ • Masters/ Graduate from any reputed University.
∎ • Supply Chain Management Certified will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To assist production & process of general maintenance on Raw materials, spares parts, packing material and production material.
∎ • To maintain daily consumption Report.
∎ • Make Monthly Raw materials consumption report.
∎ • First, Slow, Non-moving items identify.
∎ • Disposal of scrap materials from scrap yard.
∎ • Keeping the Store area clean.
∎ • Prepared Monthly report
∎ • Raw materials warehouse maintains as per production wise.
∎ • Prepare store requisition (S.R).
∎ • Pending PR monitoring & check with purchase department.
∎ • Maintain software.
∎ • Local or imported materials checking.
∎ • Maintain of FEFO, FIFO, Weight Average method.
∎ • ABC method maintain.
∎ • 5's System implementation.
∎ • Safety stock maintain.
∎ • Damaged, repairable and useable parts keep separate ledger.
∎ • Daily / Monthly / yearly report prepared and checked & sent to line manager.
∎ • All the time closely monitor, co-ordinate & co-operation with line manager, accounts, Purchase, audit team, factory staff, & management.
∎ • To be maintain inventory levels minimum, re-order level.
∎ • Responsible for overseeing the entire store department operations.
∎ • And any other work when assign by Line Manager.
∎ • Monthly Functions:
∎ • Prepare month end closing report of Raw and Finish goods, spare parts.
∎ • Monthly inventory.
