∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ecommerce, FMCG, Logistics, MFS, Sales Driven Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute strategies in order to attain the goals of the department wise sales and growth target.
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales and revenue.
∎ Setting individual and area wise sales target.
∎ Proper tracking and monitoring of the team performance.
∎ Provide strategic inputs to management for setting the group target and the future of the business.
∎ Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by market development activities.
∎ Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities.
∎ Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
∎ Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure growth.
∎ Finding new avenue of monetizing the business
