Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setup brand-wise national target and find out focus on priority brands/ products.
∎ Collect analytical reports of national sales, delivery and shortfall review analysis with team members to maintain ECO, LPC BPC, CPC & Strike rate.
∎ Collect the latest market information from SM, ZSM, ASM & other sources. And try to solve the market & Distributors' problems.
∎ Analyze sales data both automated and non-automated thereby forecasting sales.
∎ Prepare a sales budget & assist in creating sales plan for a new perspective product.
∎ Create an achiever team for meeting the global challenge for fighting in the market to sustain with maintaining professional & technical knowledge.
∎ Cooperate to prepare budget & re-forecast financial operation of the company.
∎ Ensure Zone-wise profitability.
